Broad took 4-55 in the second one-day game in Indore

England paceman Stuart Broad believes his side can still win the seven-match one-day series in India, despite losing the first two games.

England were well beaten in Rajkot and Indore by 158 and 54 runs respectively.

But the bowler told BBC Radio 5 Live: "There are five games left and we know momentum can change quickly in cricket.

"If we can get a few basics right, win the next one and go on a little spree, then we'll be in with a shout and it will be a tight series."

Broad was the pick of England's bowlers in the second game in Indore, claiming three early wickets to reduce India to 29-3, before claiming the prized wicket of Yuvraj Singh for 118 to finish with figures of 4-55.

Chasing 293 for victory, England's reply got off to a solid start, but Andrew Flintoff and Kevin Pietersen departed in the same over to spark a collapse that saw the last seven wickets go down for just 55 runs.

"We're still a good side," Broad insisted. "We beat South Africa 4-0 in the summer.

"India is a tough place to come and tour, but we just need a few more things to go our way."
