Upset Barrichello lashes out at Brawn team
Brawn GP driver Rubens Barrichello has launched a blistering attack on his own team, blaming them for costing him victory at the German Grand Prix.
The Brazilian was well placed to win before a pit stop went wrong on lap 32 which meant he needed a third stop.
"It was a good show from the team of how to lose a race today I am terribly upset with how it's gone," he said.
"I did all I had to do today, I was first on the first corner, they made me lose the race basically."
Barrichello came in for a second time on lap 32, but an apparent problem with the fuel hose meant he did not get enough fuel onboard to complete the race without making a third stop.

"I feel sorry for myself and I feel sorry for the team," said the 37-year-old Brazilian.
"To be very honest with you I wish I could get on the plane and go home right now. I don't want to talk to anybody in the team because I don't want to understand, there will be a lot of blah blah blah blah blah and I don't want to hear that.
"If this is really what is going on we are going to end up losing both championships and that would be even more terrible.
"I am not saying that the team are favouring anyone, I am just saying that it was a good show of how to lose a race today."
Brawn team boss Ross Brawn put Barrichello's comments down to frustration and said his driver didn't have all the facts.
Brawn defuses Barrichello outburst
"Ruben's has a point, in that it wasn't a great race for us. We probably tried too hard to compensate for a lack of performance.
"We tried three stops and then we had a fuel rig problem and his radio wasn't great in the race - he was struggling with it so the normal briefings from us, he wasn't getting all the information. He didn't really have a full picture of everything that was going on.
"There were no decisions to make. We fuelled him to get him in front of Rosberg but we had a problem with the fuel rig. Those things happen. It was unfortunate and he's very frustrated.
"It's a passion some drivers have. But I want to look at exactly what he said and be clear he understands now what happened.
"I think when he sits down and looks at the numbers he'll realise we were too slow to win the race. We just weren't quick enough. Now he has the facts and he understands what happened, he's fine.
Reaction to Barrichello's comments
"Rubens had the 11th fastest time of the race, you can't win a race with that speed. The problem we have is to get quicker. We have to respond because if we don't we'll throw the championship away.
"I'll understand the whole situation first. I want to understand the whole picture, what he thought, what he said and we will then deal with it internally.
"Rubens has been a very important member of the team and he has stuck with us through very some difficult times, he has a lot of loyalty to the team and that is not something you destroy with a few frustrated words after a race."
