Bangladesh and New Zealand were left frustrated after their second one-day international in Mirpur was abandoned without a ball bowled because of rain.
With no prospect of improvement in the weather, the umpires called the match off at 1100 local time (0600 BST), 90 minutes after the scheduled start.
The Tigers lead the five-game series 1-0 after winning Tuesday's first game under the Duckworth-Lewis method.
The third match is due to take place at the same venue on Monday.
