Bullard was named Premier League player of the month for November

Hull City expect to learn the extent of a new knee injury to their playmaker Jimmy Bullard in the next 48 hours.
A tearful Bullard left Villa Park to a rousing reception after injuring his left knee after a James Milner tackle.
Bullard was out for nine months due to an injury to his right knee, but boss Phil Brown says the only "positive" is that the injury is not to the same leg.
Brown told the BBC: "We'll probably find out the extent of the injury in the next 48 hours."
Hull assistant boss Brian Horton added: "We will probably have it scanned and just hope there is nothing seriously wrong.
"You don't want to see that sort of thing happen because he has come back and been playing brilliantly. He has been such an influence and just fell awkwardly."
A record £5m signing from Fulham in January, the 31-year-old Bullard damaged his knee ligaments just 37 minutes into his debut against West Ham, before undergoing surgery in the United States.

Since his return to action in October, Hull's league form has picked up and Bullard's inspirational role in boosting the Tigers' fortunes was recognised this week when he was named Premier League player of the month.
Brown said Bullard was "full of beans" after receiving the award but he limped off the field at Villa Park after just 19 minutes.
