Broad doubt for Bangladesh match

Third one-day international, Chittagong:
England v Bangladesh. Coverage on BBC Radio 5 live and BBC Sports website. Live on Sky Sports 1/Sky Sports HD1

Stuart Broad
Broad will hope to recover in time for the Test series

England look set to be without Stuart Broad for Friday's third one-day international against Bangladesh.

The 23-year-old Nottinghamshire seamer managed just six overs in Tuesday's series-clinching victory before withdrawing with a back complaint.

And the paceman's chances of playing in Chittagong diminished further when he sat out Thursday's net session.

Yorkshire's Ajmal Shahzad could make his ODI debut, with Durham's Liam Plunkett the other reserve paceman.

Ryan Sidebottom had already been ruled out of the final ODI after missing the second game in Mirpur, which England won by two wickets, with a thigh problem.

The fast bowler will be reassessed to determine his availability for the Test series which starts in Chittagong on Friday, 12 March.
