Nathan Bracken (calf) and Michael Clarke (thumb) are fit to return to Australia's squad for one-day games against South Africa and New Zealand.
Nathan Hauritz and Ryan Harris are the players axed from the squad beaten by the Proteas in Wednesday's one-day game in Adelaide.
That gave South Africa a series win, to add to their Test series triumph.
If South Africa win Friday's match at the Waca they will move top of the one-day world rankings.
South Africa carry an unassailable 3-1 lead into the match having beaten Australia by eight wickets on Monday.
After Friday's match, Australia launch straight into a one-day series against New Zealand, the first match taking place in Perth on Sunday.
