The Jakarta game was to be part of a two-game tour of Southeast Asia

Indonesia has cancelled a New Zealand football match over security fears around upcoming elections, New Zealand football officials have said.
New Zealand was to play the friendly match in Jakarta on 1 April.
New Zealand football officials said the cancellation had nothing to do with the attack on Sri Lanka's cricket team in Pakistan, which injured seven players.
New Zealand Cricket says its proposed December tour of Pakistan now looks unlikely after the attack in Lahore.
Six policemen escorting the Sri Lankans and a driver were also killed in the attack on the team's coach as it approached a stadium in Lahore.
New Zealand's football team would have been playing Indonesia in the run-up to parliamentary elections scheduled for 9 April.
"Given the importance of the elections, Indonesia have taken a conservative approach to security and we're comfortable that the well-being of our players and staff has been safeguarded," said New Zealand Football chief executive Michael Glading.
New Zealand will play Thailand on 28 March and are now looking to replace the Jakarta fixture with another match in Thailand or elsewhere in the region.
