Harrison banned for eight months

Former Bath player Justin Harrison has been suspended for eight months after admitting to taking illegal drugs.

The former Australia international was banned following a hearing by the Rugby Football Union's disciplinary officer on 16 July.

The 35-year-old was found guilty of "actions which are prejudicial to the interests of the game".

Harrison retired at the end of last season and is suspended from playing or coaching until 13 January 2010.
