Live - Sri Lanka v England

10 October 2007, Colombo
FOURTH ONE-DAY INTERNATIONAL, Colombo:
Sri Lanka v England

Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene won the toss and elected to bat first in the fourth one-dayer versus England.

England named an unchanged line-up for the fourth successive match, with skipper Paul Collingwood declared fit despite a niggle with his shoulder.

Sri Lanka made one change with Farveez Maharoof injured and replaced by leg-spinner Kaushal Lokuarachchi.

Victory for the tourists in Colombo would see England secure a first one-day series triumph in Sri Lanka.

"Well - got up this morning to find my car has been stolen so I can't go to work. Looks like I'll have to watch the cricket all day while a chav tries to do handbrake turns in a Tesco car park in my K-reg Sierra Sapphire. C'mon England!"

0945: I know we've all got a cross to bear at times, but this morning as I walked into work, I saw a man who was actually bearing a cross. It was about eight foot high and four foot wide and the wood had been clumsily painted white. It felt like a sign - but of what? Can someone enlighten me please?

0934: Sri Lanka make one change, with Farveez Maharoof missing out and leg-spinner Kaushal Lokuarachchi replacing him, while England are once again unchanged.

0930: Team news in a sec, but Sri Lanka have won the toss and opted to bat in Colombo.

0925: Welcome to live coverage of the fourth one-day international between Sri Lanka and England in Colombo. History awaits Paul Collingwood's men - victory would sew up their first ever ODI triumph on these shores.

I know England were playing on Sunday, but let's face it, the weekend was pretty much dominated by some unbelievable rugby and Lewis Hamilton's "first-ever mistake". Today, cricket gets itself back into the limelight. It's time to get involved again. Email me at tms@bbc.co.uk, text me on 81111 or get stuck into 606 on the link above. Stop working if you have to - is your job really that important?
