Hoggard injury worry for England

England seamer Matthew Hoggard is a doubt for the second Test against Sri Lanka, which starts on Sunday.

Hoggard suffered a back injury while bowling on the fourth day of the 88-run first Test defeat and had to ask for a runner when batting on the final day.

"Hoggard's got a stiff back and has got to be a doubt for the next Test," said England skipper Michael Vaughan.

Asked if that could mean a return for Steve Harmison, he added: "Could do - everyone's available for selection."

The only other option would be to give Stuart Broad a debut, unless England pick a second spinner (Graeme Swann) and entrust seam-bowling duties to Ryan Sidebottom and James Anderson.
