'Siege mentality' motivates Blackburn - Ince
Blackburn boss Paul Ince insists an Ewood Park board meeting held earlier this week was routine and not to stage crisis talks about his future.
Ince has been under pressure after only three wins from 16 league games.
But he said ahead of the visit to Wigan on Saturday: "The board meeting was booked five weeks ago.
"Some guys want to make it look like it is a crisis meeting. It was nothing like that. We had a good chat for a couple of hours."
Ince added: "Hopefully we can now start winning games. Any manager at any club has to start winning games and we have a run of five now where we believe we can do that."

He was also positive when asked if he and the Blackburn board were united, saying: "We are - definitely. January is coming up now so we will start looking at one or two targets."
Blackburn chairman John Williams has targeted nine more wins to save their season, and Ince said: "The chairman has come out and he has supported me. He is the one who chose me so he is going to support me.
"If we get one win it changes everything and hopefully that will come on Saturday.
"I have had a lot of rubbish written about me all through my career. It is just people trying to stir up trouble. It is important for me just to block all that rubbish out and concentrate on my players. They are the most important people to me."
