Ryder will miss the first one-dayer

New Zealand are hoping Jesse Ryder will recover from a shoulder injury in time for the second one-day international against Australia on 6 February.
The Black Caps have kept the 24-year-old batsman with the party after a scan showed no significant problem other than swelling in his left shoulder.
It is expected that the injury will take a week to settle down.
Otago batsman Craig Cumming, who arrives on Friday, will stay with the team at least until the Melbourne game.
