Pittsburgh are favoured to win a sixth Super Bowl against Arizona, who are in the NFL's big game for the first time.
Bookmakers expect the Steelers to win by around seven points, although BBC analyst Rod Woodson said: "I really feel the Cardinals are going to win."
The Steelers boast the strongest defence in the league this year, with safety Troy Polamalu one of the stars.
But Arizona have an explosive offence, featuring veteran quarterback Kurt Warner and receiver Larry Fitzgerald.
Warner, 37, was voted the Super Bowl's most valuable player nine years ago as he led the St Louis Rams to victory but struggled with injury between then and joining Arizona three years ago.

The Cardinals have not won an NFL title since 1947, when they were based in Chicago, and until this year had not even been to the play-offs since 1998.
But coach Ken Whisenhunt - who won the NFL title as an assistant with Pittsburgh in 2006 - has turned their fortunes around in two years at the helm.
They won just nine of their 16 regular-season games but have sprung upsets over Atlanta, Carolina and Philadelphia in the play-offs to get to the big game for the first time.
Pittsburgh won 12 games during the regular season and came out on top of a bruising encounter with Baltimore a fortnight ago to clinch a trip to Tampa.
Quarterback Roethlisberger, 26, led the Steelers to Super Bowl victory three years ago but will hope his star receiver Hines Ward is fully recovered from a sprained right knee.
Former Steelers star Woodson was one of the few to predict last year's win for underdogs the New York Giants over New England.
And he believes Arizona are ideally suited to beat Pittsburgh because of their offence, led by Warner and the physical Larry Fitzgerald.

"I just think this is a great match-up for Arizona," added Woodson, who finally won an NFL title in 2001 with Baltimore.
"This is their year to win the Super Bowl and shock the world because nobody thought they would be here."
