Jacobsen has started all of Scotland's Six Nations matches this year

Scotland's Allan Jacobsen could be out of action for up to four months as he requires surgery on a shoulder injury sustained in the 26-6 win over Italy.
The prop was replaced by Alasdair Dickinson with 17 minutes remaining at Murrayfield on Saturday.
Scotland coach Frank Hadden said: "Allan has been in a rich vein of form and we wish him a speedy recovery."
Jacobsen will have the operation to repair damaged muscles in his right shoulder later in the week.
The Edinburgh forward, along with fellow front-row players Ross Ford and Euan Murray, was praised by Hadden for his performance as Scotland recorded their first Six Nations victory of the 2009 championship.
There was better news for Hadden as injuries received by Glasgow Warriors pair Alastair Kellock and Max Evans are not as bad as first feared.
Lock Kellock strained ligaments in his left ankle, while centre Evans took a blow to the face.
Scotland team doctor James Robson said: "Al is now wearing an immobilising boot and will begin his rehabilitation under the care of the Glasgow Warriors physiotherapy staff on Monday with a view to being able to resume training in around seven days.
"Max has severe bruising to his right cheek, but, happily, an X-ray has indicated there is no break."
