Kim was in fine form as she raced up the leaderboard

Christina Kim fired a three-under-par 69 to claim a share of the lead with Kristy McPherson after the second round of the Kraft Nabisco Championship.
Kim made six birdies to move up the leaderboard at a blustery Mission Hills, although three bogeys spoiled her card, while McPherson shot a 70.
Cristie Kerr was another big mover, carding five birdies to take third place, one shot adrift of the leaders.
Overnight leader Brittany Lincicome dropped to fourth after a round of 74.
World number one Lorena Ochoa shot a second straight round of 73 and is tied for a share of 26th place, eight shots off the pace.

Meanwhile, Michelle Wie had an eventful round with three double bogeys, six bogeys and three birdies for a nine over par 81 - but still made the cut.
The blustery conditions made life difficult for the entire field.
"It definitely played a lot different, a lot tougher," said McPherson, who coped with the wind a lot better than most.
"You have to account for downwind or into the wind and how much release into the greens."
Kim had a strong finish to the round with birdies at her last two holes to complete a 69.
"I got off to a pretty quick start, I was four-under through nine and ecstatic about it," said Kim, who is seeking her first LPGA victory since 2005.
"The wind started to pick up gradually as the day progressed and just as I had been throughout the season so far, I know it's only been five events, I seem to get a lot of unlucky bounces."
