Ferguson and McGregor were on the bench for the match with Iceland

Captain Barry Ferguson and goalkeeper Allan McGregor have been sent home from training by Rangers after their breach of discipline while with Scotland.
The Glasgow club have confirmed that a statement will be made by manager Walter Smith on Friday.
Ferguson and McGregor were dropped to the bench for Scotland's World Cup qualifier against Iceland on Wednesday.
The pair had been involved in a drinking session at the team hotel after Saturday's defeat by Netherlands.
They were then pictured making V-signs while sitting on the bench during Wednesday's 2-1 win over Iceland at Hampden.
Scottish FA chief executive Gordon Smith and manager George Burley on Thursday suggested that the matter was now closed.
However, SFA president George Peat has now indicated that he wants a further investigation of the events.
He has demanded that Smith and Burley file a report on the incidents to the parent body's board meeting on Thursday.
And Rangers, managed by former Scotland boss Walter Smith, now appear to have taken their own disciplinary action.
Smith is due to address a lunchtime media conference ahead of Sunday's Scottish Premier League match away to Falkirk.
