Leicester forward Martin Corry will play his last game at Twickenham

Martin Corry will lead the Barbarians against England at Twickenham on Saturday as both he and Josh Lewsey prepare to call time on their careers.

Both have been stalwarts of English rugby and more than 40,000 fans are expected to see them take their bow.

"Saturday is one of the few games which you go into and allow emotion to take over," said 35-year-old Corry.

The Baa-Baas team also includes Gloucester's Iain Balshaw and London Irish player-coach Mike Catt.

Catt, who has confirmed he will play on next season, is named among the replacements.

Corry retired from international rugby in January 2008 having won 64 caps and captained his country 17 times, but has continued as an integral part of the Leicester pack.

He signed a one-year contract extension at Welford Road in April 2008 but hung up his boots at the end of this season.

"I've had lots of highs and my fair share of lows but when I look back now at what I've experienced, it puts a smile on my face," he said.

"That's the most important thing - I've got no regrets. If I was a little kid and were to write down what I wanted from a rugby career, then it would be what I've had."

Leinster's Gordon D'Arcy and Rocky Elsom also feature for the Barbarians along with uncapped Saracens fly-half Glen Jackson.

A total of seven players from New Zealand are involved in a 24-man squad, with a game against Australia in Sydney on 6 June to follow.

Ben Blair, Doug Howlett and Justin Marshall are in the backline, with Clarke Dermody, Greg Somerville, Chris Jack and Jerry Collins up front.

Leinster half-back Chris Whitaker has been brought into the squad - which contains a total of 632 caps - to replace France's Dimitri Yachvili.

Paul Tito and Sonny Bill Williams are the only players in the squad without international experience.

Cardiff Blues director of rugby Dai Young has been made the Barbarians coach for the match.

He will be assisted by Catt, who, at 37, is the Premiership's oldest player.

Catt announced on Thursday that he will continue playing next season if fly-halves Chris Malone and Jamie Lennard are unavailable.

The first Test will see replacement Tito and Cardiff Blues team-mate Blair return to the scene of their EDF Energy Cup final win over Gloucester on 18 April.

"To have the opportunity to pull on the Barbarians jersey and return to Twickenham so soon after the EDF Energy Cup final was one I couldn't turn down," said Tito, the Blues captain.

"It's a huge honour to play for the Barbarians and one I'm really looking forward to."

Balshaw's Barbarians appearance will be his last in England before joining his new club Biarritz in France.

Meanwhile, England will use the clash against the invitational side at Twickenham as preparation for the two summer Tests against Argentina.

Martin Johnson's men, who will be missing players selected for the British and Irish Lions tour of South Africa, travel to Manchester to play the Pumas on 6 June before heading across the Atlantic for the return in Salta a week later.
