By Caroline Cheese at Wimbledon

1140: Not only is Dangerous Dave Ornstein tweeting from around the grounds, he's also frantically flickr-ing. I'm not sure where the line is between flickr-ing and stalking, but he must be very close to it.

From Matt, Anika, Jen and Mark, via text on 81111: "Hi Caroline! Number 8125ish in the queue, need to finish our crossword before we get in. 'Relating to Spain', eight letters starting H. Thanks!"
Hispanic. Too easy. Give me another

A bagel
1134: Bad news for Natchanok Saenyaukhot over on Court Nine. The 17-year-old Thai is munching on the day's first bagel. Her hobbies are singing and shopping, I can exclusively reveal.

BBC Sport's Ian Westbrook on Twitter: "Venus warming up on Court 16 with no strapping on her knee."

1128: Radio Wimbledon report that Indian superstar Sania Mirza is poised to get married to businessman: Sohrab Mirza. Handy for future autograph-signing.

From Marianna via text on 81111: "Challenge Dave would be much better if he had to visit every court between two and four this afternoon. Anyone can get around quickly at this time!"
True. I didn't give it much - or indeed, any - thought

1112: Blimey, Challenge Dave is proving far too easy. He's done Court 18 and 19 now. I'd bring you the tweets, but I don't think they'd particularly enrich your lives. The action is now under way on Courts 6-12, 15, 17 and 19. Potential future Wimbledon champions all over the shop.

BBC Sport's David Ornstein on Twitter: "David Ferrer knocking up with mini-me version of himself on practice court 2. They look & play extremely similarly. Ivanovic hitting superbly with Adidas coaching team on practice court 3. Huge crowd watching the smiling Serb."

From Beth on Court Three, via text on 81111: "Best day ever, joined the queue as number 12088 but within a minute of joining was offered a ground ticket for face value by a very kind man. Now waiting for play to start on Court Three. Thank you very kind man!"

BBC Sport's David Ornstein on Twitter: "Chris Eaton, of Wimbledon 2008 fame, looks in high spirits. He's having a hit before his doubles match on Court 12."

1058: If you thought there couldn't possibly be any more Brits still surviving at Wimbledon to suffer the Curse of Cheese, I've got news for you: the junior tournaments start today! Eight young scamps from these isles will be in action today (in fact, one of them, George Morgan, is up against Bernie Tomic on Ct 7). As well as that, in doubles: Baltacha/Auckland, Eaton/Slabinsky, Skupski/OBrien, Fleming/Borwell, Jamie Murray and Liezel Huber, who will become more British the further they advance in the tournament.

1053: "Risk of a shower later," says pessimistic Voice of Wimbledon. Frankly, after yesterday's 'definite interruption' debacle, I refuse to believe any of these so-called weather forecasts. John Ketley, you may be a weatherman, but you're no friend of mine.

1046: "What about Cheesy's Outside Court Golden Ticket?" absolutely no-one is asking. Court 7 is today's lucky court: five bumper matches, play starting at 1100 BST. You begin with Aussie wonderkid Bernard Tomic, have a Pimm's during the women's doubles, return for a possible last sighting of the lesser spotted Fabrice Santoro, and some other 'fun' doubles.

BBC Sport's David Ornstein on Twitter: "Few people busier than Tim Henman this fortnight. The former British no1 is up early for a kids coaching clinic on Court 14."

1035: Today sees the first (and almost certainly last) Challenge Dave. BBC Sport's David Ornstein has promised to tweet from every single court. I've told him he's not getting the (imaginary) prize unless I receive a missive from every one - including the elusive Court 13.

Mole
BBC Sport Mole: "My word it is sultry today, I have a right bead on. Anyway, while I cool off by squatting by an air con unit, ladies and gentleman do we have a treat for you today. There are more Olympians in the house than you could shake a stick at. By my count there are 24 British gold medallists including Sir Chris Hoy, Christine Ohuruogu, Dame Kelly Holmes and a bevvy of rowers. Oh, and special word is reserved for Victoria Pendleton. Hi Vicky."

1024: Commentary Box 4 has just been graced by the presence of 'Grinning' Greg Rusedski, who has managed to escape the Mole's clutches for once. Greg tells Radio 1's Vernon Kay it'll be a Murray-Fed final, with Fed to win, and a Venus-Serena showdown in Saturday's women's final. He also thinks King Rog has gone "too far" with the jacket this year. Chilling words from the former US Open finalist.

1020: Reckon you'll be OK, Neil and Olly. Not sure about Ben though. I am told they are now turning people away from the queue, so if you were planning to crawl out of bed and potter SW19 way, head for the 'on' switch on your telly instead. Or watch live streaming on the excellent BBC website (UK only, you knows the rules).

From Neil, Olly, Ben, via text on 81111: "In the queue and ticket number 7872. Wow, will we get in?"

1016: Nick, I've got bad news for you: Marat Safin went out on Tuesday... But I can offer you Serbia's Ana Ivanovic on Court Two, or you could join the Mole on Court 14 where Gisela Dulko is in doubles action.

From Nick from Manchester, via text on 81111: "Morning, been in queue since 4.30am, number 3000ish, sun out, looking forward to a victory for Murray, but any Russian beauties to keep me occupied before then?"

The sun is out again at Wimbledon
1010: Morning all. "If you're heading to the queue, you won't get in before 4pm," boomed a voice as I emerged blinking into the sunshine at Southfields tube this morning. I'm told there are now 12,000 people in the queue, 4,000 of whom queued overnight. Welcome to middle Saturday.
