Aaron Niguez has become the tenth player to leave Rangers this summer, the winger returning to his Spanish homeland to sign for Celta Vigo.

The 20-year-old had started the second year of his loan deal from Valencia.

But has moved from one La Liga club to another after failing to become a first-team regular at Ibrox.

Aaron, who has been called up to the Spanish Under-21 squad, made just five appearances for the Scottish champions last season.

His move comes despite Aaron rejecting Valencia's request in the summer to return there as the winger preferred to remain with Rangers.

However, now he has gone back to Spain having not appeared for the Glasgow side this season.

Christian Dailly, Brahim Hemdani, Barry Ferguson, Charlie Adam, Alan Gow, Graeme Smith and Dean Furman left Rangers this summer, while Andy Webster and Andrius Velicka were farmed out on loan.

Meanwhile, Kris Boyd's agent has rejected reports suggesting that the striker is poised to join Hertha Berlin.
