Lomu is back in peak physical condition

All Black legend Jonah Lomu will once again be flexing his muscles in competition when he takes part in a bodybuilding contest this weekend.
The 34-year-old, who played in 63 Tests for New Zealand and retired in 2007, began weightlifting to regain fitness.
Winger Lomu's career was hit by kidney problems but he is to return to rugby with French side Marseille Vitrolles.
"I started out wanting to get in shape and it has gone from there," Lomu told the Dominion Post newspaper.
"I've always loved lifting weights - just ask the All Blacks - so it has been a lot of fun. I cannot wait to get up there on Saturday."

Lomu was the headline performer at the 1995 and 1999 World Cups but his brilliant career was cut short by kidney disease and he had a transplant in 2004.
His weight ballooned over the next couple of years following the operation and he also made some unsuccessful comebacks in his rugby career.
But Lomu is determined to get back into peak physical condition and bodybuilding has helped him realise that ambition.
"I've got a seven-month-old boy now and I want him to see me looking healthy and being healthy," added Lomu, who is set to join Marseille in November.
"I want my son to see me as a 50-year-old with a six-pack, not a beer gut.
"You do look in the mirror at your body and it's amazing how critical you become. I'm seeing myself in a different shape. It's been hard work but anybody can be a bodybuilder, it's all about discipline."
