Nielsen replaced John Buchanan as Australia coach in 2007

Australia will allow coach Tim Nielsen to return home after the fourth of their seven one-day internationals against England in September.
Assistant coach Troy Cooley will take charge from 13 September for the final three ODIs, allowing Nielsen to spend time with his young family in Adelaide.
He will rejoin the squad in South Africa as Australia prepare to defend the ICC Champions Trophy.
"It's the right time for Tim to break," said Cricket Australia's Michael Brown.
"The Australian team has played back-to-back international cricket since September 2008 and we have a busy schedule over the next 12 months.
"This will also provide an excellent opportunity for Troy to continue his professional development by stepping up as acting coach for the remainder of the tour."
Tasmanian-born Cooley was appointed England's bowling coach in 2003 and has been hailed as the man who developed the talents of Matthew Hoggard, Steve Harmison, Andrew Flintoff and Simon Jones.
However, after helping England win the Ashes in 2005, he left to take up a similar role with Australia in May 2006.
The seven-match one-day international series starts on Friday, 2 September at the Oval and Nielsen's final game of the tour will be the game at Lord's on Saturday, 12 September. He is set to rejoin the squad in South Africa on 22 September.
