Andy Murray will line up for Great Britain in Saturday's Davis Cup doubles rubber against Poland despite aggravating a wrist problem on Friday.
The Scot was a serious doubt for the doubles in Liverpool after beating Michal Przysiezny in the singles and hinted he may need to rest the injury.
But the 22-year-old will now team up with Ross Hutchins to play Mariusz Fyrstenberg and Marcin Matkowski.
The Europe/Africa Group One relegation play-off tie is poised at 1-1.
The doubles rubber starts at 1430 BST.
The winner of the contest will hold on to their Group One status while the losers will be relegated to Group Two.
On Sunday, the reverse singles match-ups bring the contest to a close.
