Bougherra ruled out of Gers clash

    Bougherra will miss the Champions League clash at Ibrox

    Defender Madjid Bougherra has been ruled out of Rangers' Champions League Group G game against Unirea Urziceni.

    The 26-year-old misses Tuesday's encounter at Ibrox after suffering a knee injury in training.

    Pedro Mendes has been passed fit for Walter Smith's side. The midfielder missed the visit to St Johnstone at the weekend with a thigh strain.

    Unirea keeper Giedrius Arlauskis has a back problem and is unlikely to play for the Romanian side.
