There was yet another medal for Simmonds in the women's 4x100m alongside Stephanie Millward, Lauren Stedman and Louise Watkin.
The team is without Paralympic champion Heather Frederiksen, who misses the event with a shoulder injury.
Frederiksen set two world records at the recent Nationwide Short Course Championships in Sheffield and was tipped to medal in Rio.
National performance director Tim Reddish said: "We are disappointed for Heather to miss this competition because of her shoulder injury and everyone on the team wishes her a quick recovery.
"She is back in the UK working on her recovery and we hope she returns to fitness soon, but at the moment we don't know when that will be."
