England women lose India series

Mithali Raj led India home with 32 balls to spare

England's women fell to a five-wicket defeat to India in Visakhapatnam as the hosts took an unassailable 3-1 lead in the five-match one-day series.

England were asked to bat after losing the toss but only captain Charlotte Edwards produced a score of note, making 57 not out in a total of 152-9.

Mithali Raj hit 84 not out, her third consecutive fifty, as India reached their target with 32 balls to spare.

The dead-rubber game takes place in Mumbai on Monday.
