Crouch scored twice in England's win over Egypt at Wembley

England have climbed one place to seventh in March's Fifa world rankings.
Manager Fabio Capello's side move above France after beating Egypt, who, at 14, are the top-ranked African nation, 3-1 in a friendly at Wembley.
The top three are unchanged, with Spain leading Brazil and the Netherlands, and Portugal are up two spots to fourth.
Scotland jump four places to 41 after a 1-0 win over the Czech Republic but the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and Wales fell to 44th, 50th and 77th.
Northern Ireland dropped the furthest of any team in the top 50, plummeting 11 places following their 1-0 defeat in Albania, while Wales slipped one spot after losing 1-0 at home to Sweden in March's round of international friendlies.
The month's big climbers were Senegal who jumped 22 places to 72nd with a 2-0 away win at Euro 2004 champions and World Cup qualifiers, Greece.
Norway, moved up nine places to 24th with a 1-0 win at World Cup-bound Slovakia.
World champions Italy dropped to fifth and Germany, who lost 1-0 to Argentina, are sixth, although most teams went down the rankings because points earned from World Cup qualifiers played in March 2009 lost their value.
Australia are the top-ranked Asian nation and have climbed four places to 19 ahead of the World Cup, which kicks off in South Africa in June.
