Lyon have no fresh injury or suspension concerns ahead of Tuesday's night's first leg in the all-French quarter-final encounter with Bordeaux.
Only long-term absentees Francois Clerc and Cleber Anderson are unavailable to home coach Claude Puel.
Bordeaux, however, are without holding midfielder Alou Diarra, who was sent off in the second leg of the victory over Olympiakos in the previous round.
Defender Marc Planus is also likely to miss out because of a knee problem.
Lyon won seven French Ligue 1 titles in succession before losing the crown to Bordeaux last year, but grabbed the limelight earlier this month by eliminating the world's richest club, Real Madrid from the Champions League.
"We're not playing against Bordeaux, we're playing against ourselves," Lyon keeper Hugo Lloris said.

"We must score a goal or two and not concede any. We have all it takes to go through."
Bordeaux's preparations for the match were not helped by a 3-1 loss to Olympique Marseille in the French League Cup final on Saturday.
"It was never going to be easy," coach Laurent Blanc said.
"It is a good thing that we have to play again as early as Tuesday," he added. "We have a fantastic opportunity to put our disappointment behind us and to bounce back straight away."
Their path to the last eight has been impressive, however, with seven successive wins, during which they have conceded only three goals.
The league leaders have also won at the Stade Gerland this season, with a 1-0 victory in the Ligue 1 match in December.
