 Brewer spent 10 months as Scotland's forwards coach

Sale Sharks have appointed former New Zealand All Blacks forward Mike Brewer as head coach to replace Jason Robinson, who leaves this summer.
Brewer will work with current Sharks director of rugby Kingsley Jones.
Robinson, who was part of England's 2003 World Cup winning side, is leaving to return to farming as well as pursuing other interests in rugby.
Jones will also now be responsible for long-term squad planning, the academy and player development.
Former Scotland forwards coach Brewer played for the All Blacks in the 1995 World Cup final, which they lost to hosts South Africa 15-12.
"This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of the best clubs in the Guinness Premiership," he said.

"I am looking forward to working with Kingsley, the other coaches and the players. Although results this season have been disappointing I believe that this squad has tremendous potential to achieve great success in coming seasons."
Sale's Premiership status was secured on Sunday after Worcester Warriors lost 12-10 at Leeds.
Brewer left the Scotland set-up in May 2009 after failing in his bid to succeed Frank Hadden as head coach.
Robinson said he was happy to help the club this season but was ready to step down.
"When Kingsley asked me to help out last year I felt that I couldn't let him or the club down in what was always going to be a very challenging season," he said.
"Whilst I had no plans to go into coaching I was delighted to respond in the club's hour of need.
"Having now made sure that Sale Sharks will be playing Premiership rugby next year I feel that the time is right to let another coach take up the mantle."
