The delayed hearing into the pre-match violence which marred Egypt's World Cup qualifying match with Algeria will take place on 18 May.
The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) will face the disciplinary committee of football's world governing body, Fifa.
Several Algerian players were injured when their bus was attacked by Egyptian fans in Cairo.
Egypt won the game, leading to a play-off match between the two to decide the final place in South Africa.
Algeria triumphed in the Sudanese capital Khartoum and qualified for the World Cup for the first time in 24 years.
After the match in Sudan, the EFA complained about the treatment its fans had received.
The dispute lead to a diplomatic row between the two countries and attacks on Egyptian owned businesses in Algiers.
The Fifa hearing had been set to take place in April but was put back.
