Henin played with a splint on her finger

Belgian Justine Henin reached the Stuttgart Grand Prix second round with a 7-6 (7-3) 6-1 win over Julia Goerges despite playing with a broken finger.
Henin, 27, who came out of retirement this season, wore a splint on the injury which she suffered last week.
Meanwhile, fourth seed Jelena Jankovic needed only 75 minutes to record a 6-2 6-2 win over Argentine Gisela Dulka.
But third seed Svetlana Kuznetsova suffered a surprise 6-3 7-5 loss to China's Na Li in the second round.
And there another shock as fifth seed Agnieszka Radwanska went down 6-3 6-7 (4-7) 6-2 to Israel's Shahar Peer in the same round.
Former world number one Jankovic is on course to meet last year's beaten finalist Dinara Safina in the quarter-finals, but first faces Bulgarian qualifier Tsvetana Pironkova in Thursday's second round match.

"It went well for the first match, they are always tough - she is a hard opponent to play, especially on clay," said Jankovic.
"The first set went well, I started losing my concentration a bit in the second, but overall it was a good match for me in the first round."
Henin will face compatriot and eighth-seed Yanina Wickmayer who saw off Francesca Schiavone of Italy 6-3 6-3 in her first-round match.
Four-time French Open winner Henin needed 53 minutes to take the first set after Goerges forced a tie-breaker.
She took the set despite a protest from her German opponent over a line-call that left her remonstrating with the umpire long after the point was awarded against her.
The Belgian then needed just 30 minutes to take the second set.
"She was in a position to win the set, I just tried to keep focused," said Henin, who won this tournament in 2007.
"I was tired in the first set, but I finally managed to relax and felt better on court. It was a tough match."
Henin added that her broken finger did not cause her too much discomfort.
"The improvement is pretty good, even if my finger is not yet beautiful, it's still really blue but the pain is a lot less and that's a nice feeling," she said.
"I have started to get used to the splint during the match so I felt better today."
World number 10 Australia's Samantha Stosur also had few problems as she eased to a 6-2 6-1 win over France's Marion Bartoli.
