Pietersen has been playing in the IPL

Kevin Pietersen is set to miss England's first ICC World Twenty20 warm-up game against Bangladesh so he can spend time with his pregnant wife.
England arrived in the Barbados capital of Bridgetown on Sunday, with Pietersen due to arrive on Tuesday ahead of the Bangladesh match on Wednesday.
"The first warm-up game, he'll probably not play, but the second one he'll come in," said captain Paul Collingwood.
"Jess is pregnant, so it gives him an chance to get home for a few days."
Over the last month, the 29-year-old Pietersen, along with other England players Collingwood, Ravi Bopara, Eoin Morgan and Michael Lumb, has been taking part in the Indian Premier League, which finished on Sunday.
"He's obviously 'cricket-fit', and I think one of the major things is that the guys who've been out in the IPL have certainly got their brains switched on towards Twenty20 cricket - which obviously helps," added Collingwood. "He'll just slide straight into the top order."

If England progress in the World Twenty20 - which starts on April 30 and ends on May 16 - they may have do without Pietersen, who has always insisted that he will attend the birth of his and his wife's first child.
"At the back-end of the tournament, it could be we may miss him - if Jess delivers or shows signs of delivering," said Collingwood. "But that is down the line. We're solely concentrating on the first couple of games to get through to the next stage."
After playing Bangladesh, England have a second warm-up match against South Africa, before starting the tournament against hosts West Indies on 3 May in Guyana.
