Lewis Burton and George Morgan will meet Liam Broady and Tom Farquharson in Wimbledon's first all-British boys' doubles final on Sunday.
The pairs won their semi-finals in contrasting styles on Court Five.
Burton and Morgan beat fifth seeds Peter Heller and Kevin Krawietz 6-3 3-6 15-13 in a marathon match which lasted two hours and 37 minutes.
Meanwhile Broady and Farquharson saw off Mikhail Biryukov and Alexander Rumyantsev 6-0 6-7 (4-7) 6-4.
Burton and Morgan clinched victory on their third match point in a final set which lasted one hour, 46 minutes.
The first two sets were mirror images of each other with single breaks in the eighth game of each deciding them.
The unseeded Britons had two match points when leading 12-11 in the decider but they were saved.
But they made no mistake when another pair of match points arrived four games later - taking the first to secure their triumph in a match which lasted two hours, 37 minutes.

They are the first British pair to reach the Wimbledon boys' final since Andrew Banks and Ben Riby in 2000 while Andrew Kennaugh also played in the final in 2005 partnered with Australian Samuel Groth.
The last British winners of the title were James Trotman and Martin Lee in 1995.
The first set lasted just 26 minutes and the second a minute less.
Morgan, the player broken in that second set, dropped his serve again in the third game of the decider but the Britons broke straight back to level the match again.
The British duo saved two break points in the sixth game and one in the 11th as the match went with serve but then had their two chances to win it - only for the German pair to save their two match points with good volleys.
