England have rested Kevin Pietersen and Graeme Swann for the three-match one-day international series against Bangladesh starting on Thursday.
Pietersen suffered a thigh strain while fielding in the final match of the 3-2 series win against Australia.
He had to bat with a runner but was out for a duck and has been replaced by Warwickshire's Jonathan Trott.
Kent off-spinner James Tredwell has also been called into the squad with first-choice spinner Swann rested.
