Keinan has played in the Champions League with Maccabi Haifa

Blackpool have signed Israel defender Dekel Keinan on a free transfer from Maccabi Haifa.
Keinan is the Seasiders' seventh summer arrival and has agreed a one-year deal, with an option for a further 12 months.
The 25-year-old, who has been granted a work permit, will go straight into the squad for Saturday's Premier League match against Arsenal.
"I am looking forward to the first game and I'm very happy everything is done," Keinan told his new club's website.
"I had different offers but after I met the gaffer I was sure that I wanted to play for Blackpool."

In addition to Keinan, Blackpool, who defeated Wigan 4-0 in their opening Premier League fixture of the season, have also signed utility player Chris Basham, striker Marlon Harewood, French trio Ludovic Sylvestre, Elliot Grandin, Malaury Martin and defender Craig Cathcart.
"I just want to play for Blackpool and help this team," added Keinan, who had Champions League experience with Maccabi.
