Flintoff quit Test cricket last summer because of fitness problems
|
Andrew Flintoff's comeback after a year out will have to wait after he was left out of Lancashire's 2nd XI for the game against Yorkshire, starting on Tuesday.
Flintoff, 32, who has not played since having knee surgery last August, was pulled out on medical advice as it was thought the game may be "too vigorous".
The former England all-rounder had a major knee operation in August 2009 and underwent a further surgery in January.
He quit Test cricket in September, saying "my body has told me to stop."
