Celtic midfielder Aiden McGeady will fly to Russia on Tuesday for signing talks with Spartak Moscow.
The 24-year-old has been the subject of a £9.5m bid by Spartak and Celtic boss Neil Lennon admits he may have played his last game for the club.
The Republic of Ireland winger will not feature in the midweek Champions League qualifier against Braga.
McGeady, who signed a five-year deal in 2008, is currently sidelined with a calf injury.
The winger has been struggling with injuries in pre-season but featured in the 2-2 draw against Lyon in the Emirates Cup on Saturday.
Lennon has praised McGeady for his displays for Celtic and said he would grace any league in the world.

"He's in a difficult situation at the minute and I've been there myself towards the end of my time at Leicester and the interest from Celtic," Lennon said.
"Your head's all over the place and I think he's in that place at the minute.
"As regards the injury, I do believe he's genuine. Aiden doesn't fake injuries; he wants to play football and has always wanted to play football.
"I have to take his word on this one."
