0546: So how did you spend your Saturday evening? Were you one of the lucky ones who had a nice night out, did you catch qualifying or were you in bed nice and early in order to watch the race? Maybe you had a dream about an F1 driver like I seem to be with alarming regularity. How are you watching it this morning? I take it you are planning to have a fried breakfast in front of you. It's the law, right? And what do you think will happen in the race? Let me hear it. Get in touch on Twitter or text on 81111 (UK) or +44 7786200666 (worldwide). If you could put FORMULA 1 before your message that would be ace.

0543: First things first… earlier on Williams lodged a complaint to the race stewards that McLaren's Lewis Hamilton blocked their driver Nico Hulkenberg in qualifying. Well, in case you were wondering, that complaint has been rejected.

0539: And a warm welcome to you on this very dark Sunday morning. Well it is here anyway. Hope the alarm wasn't too horrific at this early hour and that you resisted the urge to lob it out of the window. I can see blue sky in Japan and the stage is set for round 16 of this year's championship. Nervous?

0535: Morning. Still awake? I knew you'd be back. Who would want to miss this? One of the best race tracks in the world, the world championship battle reaching a climax, five drivers going for the title - and the sun is out. What a perfect way to start your Sunday.
