South Africa have made one change to their starting line-up for Sunday's World Cup semi-final against Argentina. The Springboks have recalled prop CJ van der Linde, who missed the tense 37-20 quarter-final win over Fiji with a knee injury. On the bench, former skipper Bobby Skinstad comes in for loose-forward Wikus van Heerden, while Bismarck du Plessis replaces hooker Gary Botha. Flanker Juan Smith and number eight Danie Roussouw passed fitness tests. Sunday, 14 October

Tight-head prop Van der Linde was initially picked to play against Fiji but pulled out on the eve of the match. He was replaced by Jannie du Plessis, who had been flown in to replace BJ Botha (knee) in the squad. Du Plessis keeps his place in the 22-man squad. South Africa romped to a 20-6 lead against Fiji, only for the Pacific Islanders to level at 20-20 midway through the second-half. The Springboks are bidding to reach their second World Cup final, but Argentina, playing in their first ever semi-final, are also unbeaten after topping a qualifying pool that featured France and Ireland.
