Gloucester number eight Gareth Delve and London Irish back-rower George Stowers have both been cited following their brawl at the Madejski Stadium.
Wales international Delve, 28, and Samoan Stowers, 30, face charges of striking each other.
Stowers was also reported for a tackle on Gloucester scrum-half Dave Lewis that appeared to spark the fight.
Both players will appear before a three-man RFU disciplinary panel in Bristol on Monday.
