Tuqiri has been capped 67 times and played in the last two World Cups

Leicester Tigers head coach Richard Cockerill is refusing to dismiss speculation linking the club with a move for Australian winger Lote Tuqiri.
Tuqiri, 30, had his contract with the Australian Rugby Union cancelled in July although the details were not revealed for legal reasons.
But Cockerill told BBC Radio Leicester that there was "nothing to report".
He added: "Lots of players get linked to this club. I have no comment. He has been linked with a number of clubs."
Since having his deal with the ARU cancelled, Tuqiri has has been playing for lowly Sydney club West Harbour and has also been strongly linked with Ospreys.
But Tigers have a major injury crisis and a short-term stint at Welford Road could suit both parties.
Leicester will be without 18 players for the visit of Northampton Saints on Saturday because of injuries and international call-ups.
And Tuqiri looks likely to return to play rugby league in Australia with Wests Tigers in 2010.
