Coyle has brought four of his backrrom staff from Burnley to Bolton
|
Bolton manager Owen Coyle is set to add Burnley first team coach Steve Davis and goalkeeping coach Phil Hughes to his new-look backroom staff.
Davis was appointed caretaker manager at Burnley following Coyle's exit from Turf Moor but now looks likely to link up with the Scot at the Reebok Stadium.
"Burnley can confirm Steve Davis and Phil Hughes have left Turf Moor," said a statement on the Burnley website.
"They are expected to join Owen Coyle's new management team at Bolton."
Coyle, who left Burnley to take over at Bolton last week, has already been joined by assistant Sandy Stewart and coach John Henry.

A former Wanderers striker, the 43-year-old has signed a two-and-a-half-year deal with Bolton, with his first game in charge set to be against Arsenal at the Reebok Stadium next Sunday.
After facing Sheffield United or QPR in the fourth round of the FA Cup, Coyle and his backroom staff will face their old club when Bolton host Burnley, on Tuesday 26 January.
