Of course there are and so many of these mood devices cost you next to nothing. In fact there may be things that you have right now sitting around your home that can simply be brought out to the deck to enhance the general environment.
If you don't have any candles then get some and make sure that they are scented candles. No you don't want to bring out a bunch of smaller candles that will be dripping wax all over the place. Rather use larger candles or even an oil lamp that burns scented oil.
Another idea is to buy and keep a small refrigerator out in the area of your tub. Not a big one but rather one of those very small affordable refrigerators that you can pick up for around $75 down at Walmart. They're just big enough to hold refreshments.
Buy a couple of bottles of white wine and some wine glasses to keep at the ready in your fridge. This way it's all chilled and ready to go just an arms reach away once you settle in. Keep some beer and wine coolers in it as well, so you have a selection.
Music is also a definite romance booster. You don't need a huge expensive sound system, just a nice boom-box tucked out of the way that you can flip on when its time. Save the “heavy metal†sounds for later. Instead, try picking out something a little bit softer for the hot tubs sounds.
