Irish skipper Coghlan and England's Spencer have their eyes on the prize

England have named an experienced line-up for their Women's Rugby World Cup opener against Ireland on Friday, with the starting XV containing 689 caps.
Full-back Danielle Waterman returns to the side, while prolific try-scorer Emily Scarratt is at outside centre.
Number eight Catherine Spencer will lead the hosts at Surrey Sports Centre in Guildford (1830 BST kick-off).
"This is a strong squad, as the number of caps highlights," said England coach Gary Street.
"The prospect of playing our first game is really exciting. We know our preparations have been excellent and now we are just looking forward to kicking off our World Cup campaign."
The Six Nations champions, with fly-half Katy McLean named as vice-captain, include seven players who featured in the team's 25-17 defeat by New Zealand in the 2006 World Cup final.
United States and Kazakhstan are the other two teams in Pool B.
