All Blacks winger Sitiveni Sivivatu will miss their upcoming tour after suffering a knee injury.
The 28-year-old has only just returned following a five-month break after undergoing shoulder surgery.
Scans on a sore left knee showed bone fragments had come loose and doctors confirmed he would be unable to take any part in the tour.
The All Blacks take on England at Twickenham on 6 November before going on to face Scotland, Ireland and Wales.
