1438:
My Sport
From zakattack1888 On My Sport: "Will Rangers continue their blip? Here's hoping so!!" Surely there's no chance of Rangers slipping up so close to a second successive title.

1429: "I've not even had a chat with the manager about it. It's understandable as Danny Wilson is one of the best young defenders in the country. My advice, as he's only turned 18, is to sign a new contract." Rangers assistant manager Ally McCoist

1428:
My Sport
From Beaters of Barca On My Sport: "Considering the league is already over, the only meaningful game is St Mirren vs Hearts, as if Hearts drop points today and Celtic drop points tomorrow. St Johnstone - Dundee United will have huge implications on the final league standings."

1420: "The whole thing is becoming a nonsense," is the robust view of Hamilton chairman Ronnie MacDonald , on the speculation surrounding midfielder James McArthur. The Accies chairman says McArthur is going to see whether he likes Wigan and is not, repeat not, going for a trial. MacDonald also revealed Accies rejected an £800,000 offer from West Brom for the highly-rated midfielder in January.

1410: St Mirren, five points clear of Falkirk, entertain Hearts and Jambos boss Jim Jefferies has urged his side to win their next two games and book a top-six place.

1408: Basement side Falkirk are in desperate need of points in their battle for survival in Scotland's top flight. They face a Motherwell side who have designs on fourth spot, and are just two points behind Hibs. Lukas Jutkiewicz fired the only goal of the game for Well when the sides last met at Fir Park in October.

1405: The last time Rangers and Hamilton met on league duty at Ibrox was way back in August. That day the SPL leaders ran out 4-1 winners, with striker Kris Boyd and full-back Steven Whittaker each bagging a double and Mark McLaughlin netting a consolation.

1350: Some transfer speculation for Rangers fans: the club's chief executive Martin Bain has confirmed Liverpool have contacted them over defender Danny Wilson. What do Rangers supporters think? Should the club be going all-out to secure him on a long-term deal?

McArthur's former Accies team-mate James McCarthy was signed by Wigan last summer and Latics boss Roberto Martinez admits McArthur is on his radar.

1340: Hamilton manager Billy Reid has confirmed on BBC Radio Scotland's Sportsound that midfielder James McArthur will spend a three-day trial with English Premier League outfit Wigan Athletic.

Basement side Falkirk are four points adrift at the bottom of the table and face Motherwell at Fir Park.
And in the final of our three SPL games this afternoon, St Mirren take on Hearts with the Jambos seeking to move a step closer to securing their place in the top six.
1335: League leaders Rangers, stung by the 4-1 defeat by St Johnstone in midweek, host Hamilton at Ibrox and will be looking to move 13 points clear in the title race.

1330: Good afternoon and welcome to another week of Scottish Premier League action.
